At Ghia Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear, fair, and hassle-free returns and cancellation process.

Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — for any reason.

• You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery

• After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods

• Once the returned items are received and approved, a full refund will be issued, subject to the conditions below

Standard Returns Policy (28 Days)

In addition to your legal cancellation rights, we offer a 28-day return period from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be attached

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage

• Items remain your responsibility until they are safely received by us

• Ghia Menswear is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit
